🏆Most Beautiful Norwegian Books 2023: Publication by Rejmyre Art Lab’s Center for Peripheral Studies that assembles some of the critical results of a study dealing with a contaminated site around Reijmyre Glassworks, where they are located, in Southern Sweden. The artworks and texts approach different questions and challenges around the act of cleaning up and the definition of the waste itself.

With this in mind, we developed a visual concept for representing this process of contamination and cleaning up in different ways. A wonderful mess of decaying textures and toxic sludge organised by carefully structured compositions and varying levels of typographic “cleanliness”.
